Current export line

Glazed porcelain floor and wall tiles.

Digital print on glaze: marble-look, stone, wood-grain and geometric deco. Four nominal sizes, three finishes. We do not sell a factory retail brand — this line is for OEM, ODM and unbranded export packing.

Size mm Thickness Pcs / ctn m² / pc m² / ctn Typical use
400 × 800 7.4 mm 7 0.32 2.24 Walls, smaller rooms, mixed-container entry SKU
800 × 800 10 mm 3 0.64 1.92 Square large-format floors; familiar module for many markets
600 × 1200 10 mm 3 0.72 2.16 Core plank size — fewer grout lines than 600×600
750 × 1500 10 mm 2 1.125 2.25 Hero large-format tile; still installed as tile, not as a sintered slab

Nominal sizes. Rectified edges, actual fired size and pallet / ISPM-15 packing confirmed per order. Mixed containers by agreement; same thickness loads more cleanly. Pallet packing is typical for Australia and the UK.

Surfaces

Polished, matte, soft-matte.

Polished

Dry interior floors, feature walls, living rooms, hotel lobbies. High clarity on marble and stone prints. Do not specify for wet floors, ramps or commercial wet zones unless a tested wet-slip value is on file for that glaze.

Matte

Everyday residential and light-commercial floors, kitchens, corridors. Hides dust and micro-scratches better than high gloss. Confirm abrasion class before heavy-traffic commercial floors.

Soft-matte / satin

Living rooms, bedrooms, boutique retail, hotel rooms. Soft sheen; a stone look without mirror gloss. Same slip rule as other glazed floors — we quote only tested values.

Face scans

Prints currently on the mill board.

These are production faces, not CGI. Shade and print matching for a buyer design is confirmed before the PI.

In situ

Wall, floor, same mill.

Same-shade series across sizes is possible when the print is actually shared. We will say so before promising a “collection.”

What we will not invent

Specs from the lab we hold, not from a generic catalogue.

Water absorption, abrasion class, breaking strength and slip are filled from current test reports. If a report is not on file for that glaze, the field stays blank on the quote. Destination marks (UKCA, WaterMark and others) are listed only when we can actually issue them.

750×1500 is large-format glazed tile. Handle and install it as tile. It is not a sintered-stone slab and should not be specified as one.
