Who are you?
湖南强强陶瓷股份有限公司 (working English: Hunan Qiangqiang Ceramics Co., Ltd.) is a glazed porcelain tile mill in Chaling County Economic Development Zone, Zhuzhou, Hunan, China. Founded 2014. Site: qiangqiangceramics.com.
Are you a mill or a Foshan trader?
We fire at our own mill in Chaling County, Zhuzhou, Hunan. We are an OEM/ODM factory, not a Foshan trading office. Two automatic lines, up to ~43,000 m²/day. No retail brand of our own.
What sizes are on the line now?
Current sizes only: 400×800 mm, 800×800 mm, 600×1200 mm and 750×1500 mm. Finishes: polished, matte and soft-matte.
What finishes are available?
Polished, matte and soft-matte (satin) on the current size line.
How are the tiles packed?
From the mill sheet: 400×800 mm, 7.4 mm, 7 pcs/ctn, 2.24 m²/ctn; 800×800 mm, 10 mm, 3 pcs/ctn, 1.92 m²/ctn; 600×1200 mm, 10 mm, 3 pcs/ctn, 2.16 m²/ctn; 750×1500 mm, 10 mm, 2 pcs/ctn, 2.25 m²/ctn. Use the packing calculator.
Is 750×1500 mm a sintered slab?
No. 750×1500 mm is glazed porcelain tile, 10 mm, installed as tile — not a sintered slab.
Do you run OEM/ODM?
Yes — factory-direct OEM and ODM, including custom designs and export carton artwork. Six steps: reference, feasibility, A4 chips, artwork, deposit, load. Full path on /oem.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 1×20GP. Mixed containers by agreement (two sizes in one 20GP only when thickness matches). Packing and loading are done on the Chaling yard. Use the packing calculator.
Can I mix sizes in one container?
Two sizes in one 20GP only when thickness matches, confirmed on the PI. 400×800 mm is 7.4 mm; 800×800, 600×1200 and 750×1500 mm are 10 mm. See /mix.
What are the FOB ports and commercial terms?
FOB Nansha or Yantian only. Not EXW. No public CIF list and no public RMB factory price list. Quote on specification; the PI is binding. Payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% against B/L copy.
Do you publish a price list?
No. There is no public list price, no RMB factory price and no CIF list. We quote FOB Nansha or Yantian on specification — size, finish, quantity and destination — and the PI is the binding number.
How do samples work?
A4 chips are charged and ship freight collect on the buyer’s courier account. Full-carton samples are charged too. No complimentary air-freight cartons. See /chips.
What about lead time?
Production slot and loading week are confirmed on the PI after shade and size are locked. We do not quote a day-count before that. See /lead.
How is shade controlled?
Glazed porcelain is produced in lots. Shade is locked to the lot on the PI, and A4 chips for a first container are cut from that firing. See /shade.
Do you supply ISPM-15 pallets?
Yes. Australia and UK first containers go on heat-treated pallets with an ISPM-15 stamp; other destinations when required. Confirmed on the PI. See /ispm.
What credentials do you hold?
National High-tech Enterprise (GR202543001660), Hunan Green Factory 2024, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, CCC Class A porcelain, and goods import & export on the business licence. See /creds.
Can I visit or use third-party inspection?
Buyers are welcome at the Chaling mill by appointment. Nearest airport is Changsha (CSX). Third-party inspection is welcome before a first 20GP. See /visit.
