Are you a mill or a Foshan trader?
We fire glazed porcelain at our own mill in Chaling County Economic Development Zone, Zhuzhou, Hunan. We are not a Foshan trading office. Legal name 湖南强强陶瓷股份有限公司; working English Hunan Qiangqiang Ceramics Co., Ltd.. Two automatic lines, up to ~43,000 m²/day, founded 2014. No retail brand of our own.
What sizes are on the line now?
Current sizes are 400×800, 800×800, 600×1200 and 750×1500 mm. Packing: 400×800 at 7 pcs/ctn (2.24 m²/ctn); 800×800 at 3 pcs/ctn (1.92 m²/ctn); 600×1200 at 3 pcs/ctn (2.16 m²/ctn); 750×1500 at 2 pcs/ctn (2.25 m²/ctn).
What finishes are available?
Polished, matte and soft-matte (satin). Finish is locked on the PI with size and shade. Looks are mill samples, then production to that chip — we do not publish a retail collection.
Do you run OEM/ODM?
Yes. Factory-direct OEM and ODM, including custom designs, buyer logo, shade and export carton artwork. No retail brand of our own on the carton unless the buyer asks. A JPEG is not a vein-for-vein match; we lock a mill sample, then produce to that. MOQ remains 1×20GP.
MOQ and packing?
MOQ is one 20GP, mixed by agreement when thickness matches. Packing and loading are done on the Chaling yard. A 20GP of porcelain is usually weight-limited; actual payload and ISPM-15 pallets are confirmed on the PI.
Which FOB ports?
FOB Nansha or Yantian only. We do not quote EXW factory RMB or a public CIF list. Who nominates the forwarder and who pays THC is written on the PI.
What are the payment terms?
30% T/T deposit, 70% against B/L copy. There is no public list price; we quote on specification and the PI is the binding number. Bank details are on the PI only. Beneficiary is 湖南强强陶瓷股份有限公司 / Hunan Qiangqiang Ceramics Co., Ltd..
How do chips and samples work?
A4 chips are charged and ship freight collect on the buyer’s DHL, FedEx or UPS account. Full-carton samples are charged. We do not air-freight complimentary cartons.
Can I visit or use third-party inspection?
Buyers are welcome at the Chaling mill by appointment. Nearest airport is Changsha CSX. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek or the buyer’s agent) is welcome before a first 20GP; who pays is agreed on the PI.
