Your shade, your carton, our kiln.

We run factory-direct OEM and ODM, including custom designs and patterns (定制花色). There is no retail brand of our own on the export carton unless you ask for a factory mark. Send a reference photo, shade board or print file. We confirm whether we can match it, at what MOQ, and in which of the four sizes and three finishes, before the PI.

How an OEM order actually runs

  1. Reference in. Photo, shade chip, competitor SKU or print file, plus size, finish and quantity (m² or 20GP / 40HQ).
  2. Feasibility. We say whether the print and shade can be approached on our glaze, in which size, and whether a plate/print setup is needed. A photo is not a 100% print match.
  3. A4 chips. Small pieces for finish and shade, freight collect on your courier account. Full-carton samples are charged. We do not air-freight complimentary whole cartons.
  4. Artwork. Neutral export carton or buyer brand — logo, pallet mark, and tile back-stamp if agreed. Artwork lead time sits on the PI.
  5. Deposit and mill date. 30% T/T starts production after artwork approval. 70% against B/L copy. The factory date is on the PI, not a guessed sailing.
  6. Inspection and load. Factory QC, then your agent or a third party if booked. Loading photos go with the packing list.

What we will not promise from a JPEG

Inkjet can approach a marble, stone or wood print. Exact vein-for-vein identity with a natural slab or another mill’s SKU is not offered. We lock a mill sample or an approved chip, then produce to that.

  • FOB Nansha or Yantian
  • 30% T/T, 70% against B/L copy
  • A4 chips freight collect
  • Exclusive design terms only if written on the PI

On the carton

Neutral, buyer brand, or a mark you specify.

Unbranded

Plain export carton, size, finish, quantity, origin as Chaling / Hunan / China. No factory retail name on the box.

Your brand

Buyer logo, colourway and barcode if you supply print-ready artwork. We will not put a transferred domestic mark on export packing.

Inspection

SGS, Intertek or your own agent at the plant. Scope and who pays are written on the PI before the mill date.
