Photo in. Chip out. Then the PI.

A JPEG is not a vein-for-vein match. We lock a mill sample first, then produce to that sample — in one of the four sizes on the line, in polished, matte or soft-matte.

    Reference

    Photo, shade chip, competitor SKU or print file — plus size, finish and quantity.

  2. 02

    Feasibility

    Whether the print can be approached on our glaze, in which size, and whether a plate setup is needed.

  3. 03

    A4 chips

    Fired at the mill for your order. Chips are charged and ship on your courier account.

  4. 04

    Artwork

    Neutral export carton or your brand. Logo, pallet mark and back-stamp if agreed.

  5. 05

    Deposit

    30% T/T starts production after artwork is frozen. 70% against B/L copy. Factory date is on the PI.

  6. 06

    Load

    Factory QC, then your agent or a third party. Loading photos travel with the packing list.

File, size, finish — then a fired chip.

Send a high-resolution file to the export desk with the intended size, the finish and notes on repeat and joints. A file is intake, not proof: the kiln is the proof.
